Our Process
We make our hail damage repair process as convenient as possible during this already stressful time.
- Evaluate. An account representative will meet you where it’s most convenient — at your home, work, or our facility to provide a free, no-obligation evaluation of the damage. We’ll let you know right then if your car qualifies for our program.
- File a claim. If your car qualifies, we’ll assist you in filing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you’ve already done that, we’ll determine if a supplemental inspection is required.
- Complimentary rental car. Is rental car reimbursement covered by your insurance company? If so, we’ll set it up for you. If it’s not covered, we will cover the cost of a car rental for the duration of the repair. We also offer valet services for a convenient drop-off process.
- Communicate. Expect weekly progress updates from your account representative on where your car is in the hail damage repair process.
- Return. Once the repair process is complete, your representative will coordinate the return of your vehicle, along with a copy of Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair.

April SaffoldIf you love your car, so will HailMedic. My car was recently involved in a hail storm in Denver and took heavy damage. I wanted quality repairs and service. I looked through reviews on Google, found HailMedic, and called. This was my first experience with heavy hail damage and I didn’t know what to expect. I worked with James and his diligent team, who came out to offer consultation on a repair estimate and the process following. My schedule is very busy throughout the week and the process was very hands off. James and my insurance took care of everything. James met me at Enterprise, I got a rental, and my car was driven to the shop for me. James provided multiple updates throughout the process and photos via text/call, always answering right away. When my car was finished, I was called immediately and offered the opportunity to pick my Subi. James drove my car to Enterprise, where I return my rental car and drove my Subaru home the same day. Two small dings were left after my car was returned. James set up my appointment for the next Tuesday and it took them 20 minutes to finish the repairs, easy experience. The exterior and interior of my Subi were completely cleaned before being returned to me. The work ethic and quality results were above my expectations. I’m a very satisfied customer, and I do recommend HailMedic if your life is fast-paced and you endorse quality work.

-Initially, it took time to get the process scheduled, but everything moved quickly after.
-The initial date given for being finished was extended. Provided, they are very popular locally and have a ton of business in rotation. It’s not an issue if you have a rental. They also cover the difference if they do keep it over the initial time.

We had a friend who highly recommended this company, so we decided to give them a call. Stephen came to our home and did an on-site estimate, and it was pretty much smooth sailing from there; it could not have been easier.
After we started the process, he dropped the rental car off at my home and took my vehicle to the shop, which was very convenient. He also gave me regular updates and dealt with the insurance so I didn’t have to. Stephen was also very responsive to all my questions And concerns throughout the process. When my repair was complete, he dropped the truck off at my house. And for the hail damage the truck sustained, they did a fantastic job removing every dent.
