Our History
As brothers (Jeff Ryan and Tim Ryan, president and vice president, respectively), we started Hail Medic in Denver, Colorado, in 2018. Our focus on relieving the pain points of dealing with hail-damaged vehicles quickly catapulted us to the status of being the largest-volume retail auto hail damage repair shop in Colorado.
We repeated our formula for success In December 2020 when we expanded with a shop in Dallas-Fort Worth and quickly became the largest volume retail auto hail repair shop in Texas too. The winning combination of expert repairs and customer incentives garnered happy customers who spread the word about our services.

We offer paintless dent repairs, also known as PDR, and have honed our process to be as convenient as it is professional.

Evaluate
Our account representative will come to your home to provide a free, no-obligation evaluation of the damage to see if the car qualifies for our program.

File a claim
If your car qualifies, our team will assist you in filing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you’ve already filed a claim, we’ll determine if a supplemental inspection is required.

Complimentary rental car
If your insurance policy covers rental car reimbursement, we’ll set it up for you. If it is not covered, we’ll cover the cost of a rental through the duration of the repairs. We also offer valet services for a convenient drop-off process.

Communicate
Your account representative will give you weekly updates on the hail damage repair process.

Return
Once the repair process is complete, your account representative will coordinate the return of your vehicle, along with Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair to guard against vehicle devaluation.
