Shamus and his team were lovely to work with. I have a 2022 TRD Camry that I’ve been putting off getting some serious hail damaged worked on but they made the process as easy as possible for me and even provided a rental car while mine was being worked on. He was great at keeping me updated throughout the whole process and upon receiving my car, I could tell their team worked on it with care.

They're excellent professionals, Josh and his crew are very kind. They made an excellent job with my Tacoma, I'm happy. Highly recommend!

Truly blown away by Hail Medic, their rep Ethan, and the work done top to bottom. I never know what to expect w. a knock at the door after a hail storm. Roofers attack like rabid raccoons. This was the exact opposite from Hail Medic. I was upfront that I probably wasn’t interested bc I didn’t have rental insurance. They covered that! Deductible? The covered that too! Then they didn’t charge me a penny over the insurance payout, AND picked up and delivered my truck to my door. Phenomenal business model. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had a tremendous experience with the team @ Hail Medic! I originally contacted a big box body shop with lots of locations. They said they wouldn’t get to my cars (2) until March and were planning on cutting out and replacing both roofs. Matt and his Manager met me and my son within blocks of my house to inspect our vehicles. They assured me there was no reason to replace the roofs, which would have been reported on Carfax due to structure damage to the vehicle, and could get to my cars right away. Matt contacted me every Tuesday and Friday to update me the whole way though! Both cars were completed within my rental coverage time frame which was a great bonus! The whole staff was courteous and welcoming with every interaction! Matt even offered to pick up and deliver my cars to me! All repairs were PDR and the cars came out great! I expected this all to be a hassle due to insurance and I was completely impressed. Thanks Hail Medic!!

I had recently just bought a brand new car (a 2024 Honda accord). I was so excited and in love with all the details of the car, but I have to admit my favorite part had to be the beautiful blue color on the exterior. Unfortunately a few months ago my neighborhood was hit by an unexpected hail storm. Some reaching the size of a golf ball. It completely destroyed the exterior of the car and my windsheild. To be quite honest it looked like my car had chicken pox, and I’m not exaggerating. I was so devastated. I ended up deciding to take my car to Hail Medic because they have fantastic reviews. I wanted the car to look brand new again. Anthony was the one that took care of me. I could not have asked for better customer service. He is truly amazing!!! He answered my million questions, and was there for me 24/7. He constantly kept me updated about how the car was doing and made sure I knew what was going on and about where the car was during the process of repair. He explained the details of how they were going to fix the car, backup plans, and more. I can say especially being a woman I appreciated that more than you know. I never felt in the dark, or like I wasn’t sure what was happening like I have sadly felt at other mechanic shops. I know this is a lengthy review but this shop seriously deserves it. If you want a shop that has pride in their work, patience, amazing customer service, and ensures your car is looking brand new then this is the shop for you. If you can I also highly recommend requesting for Anthony to work on your car. Thank you so much Hail Medic team I seriously couldn’t be happier!!!

Matt and the rest of the Hail Medic crew did an amazing job on my 2024 GLI. I honestly had not heard of the company prior to speaking with Matt. I had been searching for some time on a company that could restore my car back to the original brand new condition I had purchased it in since I had it for such a short time before the May hailstorm. Lots of places were booked out for MONTHS going into 2025. Matt restored my hope by telling me he could get it in and out of the shop with little effort on my end and it’d look brand new again! 10/10 recommend Hail Medic. Trust their process because they definitely believe in customer service and making sure that the customer come first.

I am extremely impressed with the results from Hail Medic. They managed the entire process from start to finish, making it effortless on my end, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Not only did they arrange the rental car and handle all the paperwork with my insurance, but Stephen Hunzelman kept me updated on the progress of my car repairs every week, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect.
Before I took my vehicle to Hail Medic, I was worried my insurance would total it. I didn’t want to risk damaging the original paint or replace any body parts, and Hail Medic managed to repair everything flawlessly. Now, my car looks even better than it did before the hailstorm.

My husband and I had our Vehicles repaired at Hail Medic. From the hail storm in May my car had major damage from the storm. My husband's vehicle wasn't as bad as mine but Hail medic did an awesome job.They both look brand new again . They kept me informed through the whole process I definitely would recommend them to get your vehicle fixed here for hail damage and the bonus for using them I didn't have a deductible on anything for their service or for the rental either I recommend them 100% very super satisfied.
