Hail damage? Look no further! This is the place you’re looking for. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to have your car’s hail damage repaired. Stephen, at the Pioneer Pkwy Arlington location, made the process so easy. I cannot say enough about Stephen. He was a great communicator and always kept me apprised of where we were in the process. He also told me to contact him with any questions but he was always one step ahead of me so I didn’t need to contact him, but he’s available if you do. My car looks brand new! 😎 The process: 1. I highly recommend allowing Hail Medic to contact your insurance provider instead of you contacting them. 2. Have Hail Medic evaluate the condition while you wait. (It only takes a few minutes) I called ahead and had an appointment set up very quickly. 3. I received a very nice rental car through Hail Medic so I just switched out cars the day I dropped off my car. 4. After all repairs were completed I went back and switched out the cars, did the paperwork and in just a few minutes I was on my way.

Outstanding experience and repair! My car sustained significant hail damage all over the body after a recent heavy hail storm in Colorado Springs, CO. Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my repaired car, I intently looked it over for any areas that stuck out or that the hood matched the body, since the hood had to be replaced. I could not find anything out of place nor would anyone believe the car previously had hail damage. My expectations were vastly surpassed and I would highly recommend Hail Medic!

Big shout out to Ethan Heyne, The PDR technician/s and (HAIL MEDIC) for removing the dents off my vehicle. I too was a victim of the hail storm in Dallas a couple of months ago! Ethan was able to get my car in for repair, got me in a rental and was with me every step of the way - and best of all my deductible was waived!!! My car is as good as new and I’m very content with their service! THANK YOU!

James and his crew made the whole process seamless from start to finish. I couldn't believe how easy everything was. I would like to give a big thanks to Casey Williams and Hail Medic on the amazing job they did to get my car back to normal! I have a 2024 Camry, it’s only a couple months old and got hit by a big hail storm. I was freaking out on how I was going to get this fixed especially only being a couple months old! I found hail medic on Google looked into the company and decided to give them a call. Casey made this whole process so painless and took a lot of my stress away from figuring out how I was gonna get this fixed financially. It seemed to good to be true when I read what Hail Medic says on the website. Well it’s very true. Car rental was provided so I didn’t struggle to get to work. Casey kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and also assisted with talking to my insurance to get the process going. Very quick on responses and very professional. My car is back to looking brand new. Amazing job to the guys in the shop. My car has a very unique color and they did an amazing job getting all the damage out. Thanks again to Casey and Hail Medic! I had recently just bought a brand new car (a 2024 Honda accord). I was so excited and in love with all the details of the car, but I have to admit my favorite part had to be the beautiful blue color on the exterior. Unfortunately a few months ago my neighborhood was hit by an unexpected hail storm. Some reaching the size of a golf ball. It completely destroyed the exterior of the car and my windsheild. To be quite honest it looked like my car had chicken pox, and I’m not exaggerating. I was so devastated. I ended up deciding to take my car to Hail Medic because they have fantastic reviews. I wanted the car to look brand new again. Anthony was the one that took care of me. I could not have asked for better customer service. He is truly amazing!!! He answered my million questions, and was there for me 24/7. He constantly kept me updated about how the car was doing and made sure I knew what was going on and about where the car was during the process of repair. He explained the details of how they were going to fix the car, backup plans, and more. I can say especially being a woman I appreciated that more than you know. I never felt in the dark, or like I wasn’t sure what was happening like I have sadly felt at other mechanic shops. I know this is a lengthy review but this shop seriously deserves it. If you want a shop that has pride in their work, patience, amazing customer service, and ensures your car is looking brand new then this is the shop for you. If you can I also highly recommend requesting for Anthony to work on your car. Thank you so much Hail Medic team I seriously couldn’t be happier!!!

Big thanks to the Hail Medic team for all the help with fixing my 2020 KIA soul. Professional, knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond. My car had hail damage you could see easily and there was more hail damage I didn’t even notice until it was pointed out to me. Casey was always in communication with me and he handled everything from the insurance claim to updating me twice a week. He even cleaned my car so when it was returned to me it looked brand new. Hail Medic set up the rental too! They did everything! So happy with how my car looks! They did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone with hail damage. Thanks again guys!

On May 9 2024 Sherman Texas was hit by a major hail storm. My car was hit by baseball size hail covered in massive dents. This happened while I was at work. The next day I made a claim with my insurance. On my way to work I stopped at the same store I stop at everyday and a man walks up to me and asks about the damage on my car. He introduced himself. He was Casey from Hail Medics and said he could help me with my car. Casey drove from Arlington Texas to Colbert Oklahoma to evaluate my car on a Saturday. Casey said he would cover my deductible, set me up with a rental car and keep the incident off Car Fax. Casey dealt with the insurance company and did all the paperwork that I hate doing. Everything went smoothly and my car looks like new again. Casey made everything as painless as possible. I got my car back with a guarantee and no money out of pocket. They even touched up my paint, buffed it and cleaned the inside. I highly recommend Hail Medics. Thank you Casey for everything you did.
