My vehicle had 360 hail damage. Casey was 10/10 during start to finish. Very personable and professional. EVERYTHING was handled so seamlessly and efficiently! From processing my claim, to rental pick up! My vehicle was personally delivered and detailed! The vehicle looks as if the hail damage never happened!!! I’m so grateful to Hail Medic for seeing me through the process. Highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed! This is the only place you should trust with hail damage.

Just got my truck back from Hail Medic, they did an awesome job. Removed every single dent from the recent hail storm. Ruby Diaz was my customer service representative and was amazing at keeping me informed and up to date with the repairs. Highly recommend Ruby and Hail Medic!

Hail medic was the best place I’ve worked with! There was no hassle they did everything including pick up my car and bring me a rental. James featherston my salesman was extremely helpful and kept me informed through the whole process! The car was returned just like new and they did the work extremely fast. When my car was hit with hail damage, I had no idea what to do. Working with Stephen from HailMedic was an absolutely stress free process. He went out of his way to meet me at my work and assess the damage to my vehicle as well as outlining the next steps and delivering me a rental vehicle to use in the meantime. Throughout the process he provided updates and let me know how my vehicle was doing. When my vehicle was returned it look as good as new! If you find yourself with hail damage to your vehicle, look no further than HailMedic, I can't recommend them enough.

Outstanding experience and repair! My car sustained significant hail damage all over the body after a recent heavy hail storm in Colorado Springs, CO. Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my repaired car, I intently looked it over for any areas that stuck out or that the hood matched the body, since the hood had to be replaced. I could not find anything out of place nor would anyone believe the car previously had hail damage. My expectations were vastly surpassed and I would highly recommend Hail Medic!

Hail Medic is the only place I will ever deal with when it comes to hail repairs of my vehicles. I had 3 vehicles repaired by them and could not have been more impressed from the time they picked the cars up, dropped of loaners and brought back perfectly repaired vehicles. Our representative James Featherston kept up us informed through out everything! We never had to leave our home either. Everything was done at my house on my time frame. Hail Medic was absolutely amazing to work with. I worked with Ruby Diaz and she made everything extremely easy. They deliver a rental car right to your door and then return your car once it is fixed and take the rental car back. Completely stress free. My truck looks as good as new after a terrible hail storm last October- can’t even tell there was ever any damage. I would absolutely recommend Ruby, and Hail Medic, to anyone in need of dent repair!

You’re going to get a lot of flyers on your car when you go through a hail event. These guys are the real deal. My insurance company weren’t the best to start with and sent out a sketchy adjuster. See my review of the best claims solutions. Please be warned. Before you get insurance involved, call Hail Medic. They’ll build you an estimate that’s accurate. They’ll take care of your car like it’s their own. Josh took care of my car and took care of me through this entire process. They came to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to believe the best claims and total the car. Progressive showed up to do a second evaluation and so did the entire shop to make sure the inspection was done right.

Customer care…you would have thought it was Josh’s car. The care, the personal attention, communication and understanding of the story behind the car. That’s the part where myself and my husband were blown away.
Thankful isn’t the word to use when we think of Hail Medic. We can’t rate them high enough. Thank you Josh and the team. Andy and I are so thankful for you all!

I’ll admit I was very skeptical at first because I heard of hail medic from a salesperson coming to my door and it seems too good to be true that you don’t have to pay a dime out of pocket. However I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Casey worked with me to get me in a rental car and get my truck to the shop. I even came to the shop to check it out and make sure it was legit first. Hail medic dealt directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to do anything. They also paid enterprise directly so I didn’t have to worry about being reimbursed or anything like that. While the process did take almost 6 weeks, I walked away with my truck looking good as new and I literally didn’t pay a penny out of pocket. They even cleaned my truck inside and out before returning it.

I just had my car fixed for hail repair from a storm 5 months ago. Yes, I waited to get it fixed but when I called around to get it looked at, other places told me it would take 3 months or more just to get it looked at (not repaired). When I received a card on my car for Hail Medic, I did some research and decided to try them out. Casey was the person I worked with and he kept me updated on the whole process! We worked with my insurance, and Casey would contact me twice a week to let me know where we were in the process. Hail Medic even secured a rental car for me that was perfect for me and my family. Everything was seamless and the turnaround time worked out perfectly, even through the holidays. Casey was knowledgeable, and quick to respond anytime I had a question. My car looks brand new and I'm so happy to have it back. I highly recommend Hail Medic to take care of your car repairs. They were professional and will quickly have you back on the road.
