Our Process
We make our hail damage repair process as convenient as possible during this already stressful time.
- Evaluate. An account representative will meet you where it’s most convenient — at your home, work, or our facility to provide a free, no-obligation evaluation of the damage. We’ll let you know right then if your car qualifies for our program.
- File a claim. If your car qualifies, we’ll assist you in filing a comprehensive claim with your insurance company. If you’ve already done that, we’ll determine if a supplemental inspection is required.
- Complimentary rental car. Is rental car reimbursement covered by your insurance company? If so, we’ll set it up for you. If it’s not covered, we will cover the cost of a car rental for the duration of the repair. We also offer valet services for a convenient drop-off process.
- Communicate. Expect weekly progress updates from your account representative on where your car is in the hail damage repair process.
- Return. Once the repair process is complete, your representative will coordinate the return of your vehicle, along with a copy of Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair.

Refer your friends and family to us, and for each completed repair we do, we’ll compensate you as a thank-you for being a great customer. Matt and the rest of the Hail Medic crew did an amazing job on my 2024 GLI. I honestly had not heard of the company prior to speaking with Matt. I had been searching for some time on a company that could restore my car back to the original brand new condition I had purchased it in since I had it for such a short time before the May hailstorm. Lots of places were booked out for MONTHS going into 2025. Matt restored my hope by telling me he could get it in and out of the shop with little effort on my end and it’d look brand new again! 10/10 recommend Hail Medic. Trust their process because they definitely believe in customer service and making sure that the customer come first.

Dan NewlonI had a tremendous experience with the team @ Hail Medic! I originally contacted a big box body shop with lots of locations. They said they wouldn’t get to my cars (2) until March and were planning on cutting out and replacing both roofs. Matt and his Manager met me and my son within blocks of my house to inspect our vehicles. They assured me there was no reason to replace the roofs, which would have been reported on Carfax due to structure damage to the vehicle, and could get to my cars right away. Matt contacted me every Tuesday and Friday to update me the whole way though! Both cars were completed within my rental coverage time frame which was a great bonus! The whole staff was courteous and welcoming with every interaction! Matt even offered to pick up and deliver my cars to me! All repairs were PDR and the cars came out great! I expected this all to be a hassle due to insurance and I was completely impressed. Thanks Hail Medic!!

I was so excited and in love with all the details of the car, but I have to admit my favorite part had to be the beautiful blue color on the exterior. Unfortunately a few months ago my neighborhood was hit by an unexpected hail storm. Some reaching the size of a golf ball. It completely destroyed the exterior of the car and my windsheild. To be quite honest it looked like my car had chicken pox, and I’m not exaggerating. I was so devastated. I ended up deciding to take my car to Hail Medic because they have fantastic reviews. I wanted the car to look brand new again. Anthony was the one that took care of me. I could not have asked for better customer service. He is truly amazing!!! He answered my million questions, and was there for me 24/7. He constantly kept me updated about how the car was doing and made sure I knew what was going on and about where the car was during the process of repair. He explained the details of how they were going to fix the car, backup plans, and more. I can say especially being a woman I appreciated that more than you know. I never felt in the dark, or like I wasn’t sure what was happening like I have sadly felt at other mechanic shops. I know this is a lengthy review but this shop seriously deserves it. If you want a shop that has pride in their work, patience, amazing customer service, and ensures your car is looking brand new then this is the shop for you. If you can I also highly recommend requesting for Anthony to work on your car. Thank you so much Hail Medic team I seriously couldn’t be happier!!!
