You’re going to get a lot of flyers on your car when you go through a hail event. These guys are the real deal. My insurance company weren’t the best to start with and sent out a sketchy adjuster. See my review of the best claims solutions. Please be warned. Before you get insurance involved, call Hail Medic. They’ll build you an estimate that’s accurate. They’ll take care of your car like it’s their own. Josh took care of my car and took care of me through this entire process. They came to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to believe the best claims and total the car. Progressive showed up to do a second evaluation and so did the entire shop to make sure the inspection was done right.
Workmanship….better than I expected. I have attached before and after photos.
Customer care…you would have thought it was Josh’s car. The care, the personal attention, communication and understanding of the story behind the car. That’s the part where myself and my husband were blown away.
Thankful isn’t the word to use when we think of Hail Medic. We can’t rate them high enough. Thank you Josh and the team. Andy and I are so thankful for you all!

Wonderful experience and great work performed to fix the hail damage on my new Truck. Mike Griffis, and the Hail Medic team did a great job repairing my truck. I picked up my new truck the evening of 5/31, and watched it get hailed on less than 24 hours later. Just under $7K worth of damage and now it looks like it did on day one. Grateful for the service they provide and the rental they provided while my truck was getting fixed. Will definitely use again should I ever need hail repair on my vehicles.

Shamus and his team were lovely to work with. I have a 2022 TRD Camry that I’ve been putting off getting some serious hail damaged worked on but they made the process as easy as possible for me and even provided a rental car while mine was being worked on. He was great at keeping me updated throughout the whole process and upon receiving my car, I could tell their team worked on it with care.

If I could give Hail Medic more than five stars I would! My car came out looking better from being repaired from hail damage than it did the day I bought it brand new. Inside and out. James Featherston made the entire process, including my rental car, incredibly smooth and convenient for me. He was also very good at communicating with me from start to finish. I will 100% be using Hail Medic in the future should I run into any other hailstorms…heaven forbid. I highly recommend them!

Hail Medic was fantastic! Matt guided me through my first hail damage repair, making the insurance process a breeze. They provided a free rental car, which was a huge relief. The repair was done quickly and professionally. Taylor stepped in to finalize everything while Matt was away, and both were amazing. I’ll only use Hail Medic in the future and highly recommend them!

My husband I had two of our vehicles repaired at Hail Medic from a small hail storm we had a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job removing all the hail damage! My husband’s truck and my Tahoe look brand new. The customer service we received was excellent, they went above and beyond for us.

Outstanding experience and repair! My car sustained significant hail damage all over the body after a recent heavy hail storm in Colorado Springs, CO. Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my repaired car, I intently looked it over for any areas that stuck out or that the hood matched the body, since the hood had to be replaced. I could not find anything out of place nor would anyone believe the car previously had hail damage. My expectations were vastly surpassed and I would highly recommend Hail Medic!

I have a 2011 Shelby Cobra GT500 that had pretty significant hail damag. I was looking around a few shops, and Matt from hail medic hit me up first and was very straight forward and super easy to communicate with. He drove an hour all the way to Elizabeth where I live and looked at all the damage on my car he was able to give me a fairly close idea on how much it would cost to repair my vehicle considering I was going to pay with cash, and if it would be repairable. They were able to get me in the very next day and start repairing it. When I got there I was greeted by Jess the desk queen who was very nice and super easy to communicate with. After that I walked into the shop and met with Hayden who talked to me about what repairs we’re going to get done. Sergio was the guy that did the actual repairs on the Shelby and when I say it turned out phenomenal I mean that with everything!!!!! It turned out like a new vehicle compared to when it pulled into the shop on the first day. I recommend these guys to anybody!!! If you have any PDR hail damage you can count on them to get it done! These people are amazing and know what they’re doing! Do not second guess coming to these guys for your repairs!! 10000% recommend
