Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. My insurance company weren’t the best to start with and sent out a sketchy adjuster. See my review of the best claims solutions. Please be warned. Before you get insurance involved, call Hail Medic. They’ll build you an estimate that’s accurate. They’ll take care of your car like it’s their own. Josh took care of my car and took care of me through this entire process. They came to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to believe the best claims and total the car. Progressive showed up to do a second evaluation and so did the entire shop to make sure the inspection was done right.
