You’re going to get a lot of flyers on your car when you go through a hail event. These guys are the real deal. My insurance company weren’t the best to start with and sent out a sketchy adjuster. See my review of the best claims solutions. Please be warned. Before you get insurance involved, call Hail Medic. They’ll build you an estimate that’s accurate. They’ll take care of your car like it’s their own. Josh took care of my car and took care of me through this entire process. They came to bat for me when my insurance company wanted to believe the best claims and total the car. Progressive showed up to do a second evaluation and so did the entire shop to make sure the inspection was done right.

I was looking around a few shops, and Matt from hail medic hit me up first and was very straight forward and super easy to communicate with. He drove an hour all the way to Elizabeth where I live and looked at all the damage on my car he was able to give me a fairly close idea on how much it would cost to repair my vehicle considering I was going to pay with cash, and if it would be repairable. They were able to get me in the very next day and start repairing it. When I got there I was greeted by Jess the desk queen who was very nice and super easy to communicate with. After that I walked into the shop and met with Hayden who talked to me about what repairs we’re going to get done. Sergio was the guy that did the actual repairs on the Shelby and when I say it turned out phenomenal I mean that with everything!!!!! It turned out like a new vehicle compared to when it pulled into the shop on the first day. I recommend these guys to anybody!!! If you have any PDR hail damage you can count on them to get it done! These people are amazing and know what they’re doing! Do not second guess coming to these guys for your repairs!! 10000% recommend
