Outstanding experience and repair! My car sustained significant hail damage all over the body after a recent heavy hail storm in Colorado Springs, CO. Besides minor scratches, it would be hard to tell my Subaru WRX was 8 years old, before the damage. Josh was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. Once I received my repaired car, I intently looked it over for any areas that stuck out or that the hood matched the body, since the hood had to be replaced. I was looking around a few shops, and Matt from hail medic hit me up first and was very straight forward and super easy to communicate with. He drove an hour all the way to Elizabeth where I live and looked at all the damage on my car he was able to give me a fairly close idea on how much it would cost to repair my vehicle considering I was going to pay with cash, and if it would be repairable. They were able to get me in the very next day and start repairing it. When I got there I was greeted by Jess the desk queen who was very nice and super easy to communicate with. After that I walked into the shop and met with Hayden who talked to me about what repairs we’re going to get done. Sergio was the guy that did the actual repairs on the Shelby and when I say it turned out phenomenal I mean that with everything!!!!! It turned out like a new vehicle compared to when it pulled into the shop on the first day. I recommend these guys to anybody!!! If you have any PDR hail damage you can count on them to get it done! These people are amazing and know what they’re doing! Do not second guess coming to these guys for your repairs!! 10000% recommend
