Evaluate
Our account representative provides a free, no-obligation evaluation of your car to see if it qualifies for our program. For your convenience, we come to your home or work.

File a claim
Our team assists you in filing a claim with your insurance company if your car qualifies. If you’ve already filed a claim, we’ll determine if a supplemental inspection is necessary.

Complimentary rental car
Many clients’ auto insurance includes rental car reimbursement. If yours does, we’ll set it up for you. If it does not, don’t worry — we’ll cover the cost while your car is in our hail repair shop. We even provide valet services for drop-off and pick-up convenience.

Communicate
Each week, your account representative will provide an update on the progress of your vehicle. We’ll make sure you know what’s going on the whole time.

Return
When repairs are complete, your account representative will arrange to have your car returned and provide a copy of Hail Medic’s Proof of Repair.
