The hood and cab were trashed with multiple dents and some had double dents. The guys at Hail Medic took care of everything including the rental car and insurance negotiations. Stephen came to our home and did an on-site estimate, and it was pretty much smooth sailing from there; it could not have been easier.
After we started the process, he dropped the rental car off at my home and took my vehicle to the shop, which was very convenient. He also gave me regular updates and dealt with the insurance so I didn’t have to. Stephen was also very responsive to all my questions And concerns throughout the process. When my repair was complete, he dropped the truck off at my house. And for the hail damage the truck sustained, they did a fantastic job removing every dent.
