I had recently just bought a brand new car (a 2024 Honda accord). I was so excited and in love with all the details of the car, but I have to admit my favorite part had to be the beautiful blue color on the exterior. Unfortunately a few months ago my neighborhood was hit by an unexpected hail storm. Some reaching the size of a golf ball. It completely destroyed the exterior of the car and my windsheild. To be quite honest it looked like my car had chicken pox, and I’m not exaggerating. I was so devastated. I ended up deciding to take my car to Hail Medic because they have fantastic reviews. I wanted the car to look brand new again. Anthony was the one that took care of me. I could not have asked for better customer service. He is truly amazing!!! He answered my million questions, and was there for me 24/7. He constantly kept me updated about how the car was doing and made sure I knew what was going on and about where the car was during the process of repair. He explained the details of how they were going to fix the car, backup plans, and more. I can say especially being a woman I appreciated that more than you know. I never felt in the dark, or like I wasn’t sure what was happening like I have sadly felt at other mechanic shops. I know this is a lengthy review but this shop seriously deserves it. If you want a shop that has pride in their work, patience, amazing customer service, and ensures your car is looking brand new then this is the shop for you. I would like to give a big thanks to Casey Williams and Hail Medic on the amazing job they did to get my car back to normal! I have a 2024 Camry, it’s only a couple months old and got hit by a big hail storm. I was freaking out on how I was going to get this fixed especially only being a couple months old! I found hail medic on Google looked into the company and decided to give them a call. Casey made this whole process so painless and took a lot of my stress away from figuring out how I was gonna get this fixed financially. It seemed to good to be true when I read what Hail Medic says on the website. Well it’s very true. Car rental was provided so I didn’t struggle to get to work. Casey kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and also assisted with talking to my insurance to get the process going. Very quick on responses and very professional. My car is back to looking brand new. Amazing job to the guys in the shop. My car has a very unique color and they did an amazing job getting all the damage out. Thanks again to Casey and Hail Medic!
